Terms of Service

Effective date: [DATE - set at launch]. These terms govern use of tipoffs.net and purchases of Tipoffs services, offered by Harper Web Services LLC, doing business as Tipoffs ("we"). Address: 904 5th Ave., Opelika, AL 36801.

1. Services

We provide company research (company, website, funding trigger with source link, fit note, and publicly listed decision-maker name and title) delivered as CSV: Research Pack ($199 one-time), Monthly Research Feed ($499/month, cancel any time), and Per-Meeting ($150 per qualified meeting, minimum 5 per month, by application). Our service is company research only. US companies and contacts only at launch. Prices are introductory and may change for future purchases.

2. Per-Meeting

Subject to our approval, your written sign-off on messaging, and a properly configured sending domain. "Qualified meeting" will be defined in a written agreement. No instant checkout; invoiced after approval.

3. Your responsibilities and compliance

You will use the research lawfully, including CAN-SPAM (accurate headers and subjects, postal address, working opt-out honored within 10 business days), applicable state privacy and telemarketing laws, and honor opt-outs and deletion requests. You will not use the data for unlawful, deceptive or harassing purposes, and will not resell or redistribute it without permission. You are responsible for your own outreach.

4. Data accuracy

Records come from third-party public sources and may be incomplete or outdated. We provide them "as is" and do not verify every fact beyond cited sources.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee replies, meetings, sales or any business result.

6. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Refund policy: [REFUND POLICY - TO BE SET BY OWNER, e.g. conditions and window].

7. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the service. On payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered data for your internal business outreach.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

9. Governing law
